At Wholesome Culture, returns are not accepted. However, one-time size exchanges are possible within 7 days from the date you received your order. Please note that discounted items and items on sale are not eligible for exchanges.

For damaged goods, if you purchased Route Protection Insurance, they can assist with your damaged package or goods claim. If your package or item was damaged in transit, please submit a claim through Route, including a photo of the damaged package and goods no more than 15 days after delivery date. If you did not purchase Route Protection Insurance, claims for damaged goods can be made for up to 10 days from the date you received your order.

For USA & Canadian exchange policy, only size or color exchanges are accepted. Exchanges can be made for up to 7 days from the date you received your order. All items must be in their new and original condition (never worn or washed). You are allowed to exchange one time only, so please ensure to order the correct replacement size. As soon as the return has been received and inspected and determined it can be resold, a store credit for the cost of the product purchased will be issued to place a new order for the correct size. If you paid for return shipping you will be issued a store credit for the cost of the return if you supply a receipt. Important notice: You will be responsible for paying the postage fee on the new order.

The cancellation policy allows cancellations within 12 hours of your order being placed. For order change policy, information changes to orders can be made within 4 hours of your order being placed. This includes address or email. Changes in products in an order after it is placed are not possible due to all orders being Print on Demand.
